I quite often wake up with a headache. I don't get one if I stay on the same sleep schedule (or as close to it as I can). Also I am allergic to dust mites so once I got a allergy free cover for my pillow they went away. Also, I sometimes wake up with a sore neck. I sleep with a small round back support pillow which supports my neck. With all of these I rarely have an AM headache. These all took alot of trial and error. Good Luck!
