My sister and I are both the same, It would take nothing short of an earthquake or being on fire to wake us up. Now if this is a serious problem in your life and its affecting your life so much you would do any thing then going vegan is where its at. After we started a Vegan no meat diet almost all of our health problems have gone away, Depression, Sleep walking, feeling tired all the time and most of all Not being able to wake up! So the Solution is in food just eat the right thing and it could help you alot not just in weight but with every thing else.

I hope others will respond as to whether they've tried different approaches when it comes to food to see if it made a difference with any sleep issues they're having.
