Did you know that sleeping on foam makes you warmer? and that feather and down is a natural temperature regulator? And, that bamboo sheets will help you sleep cooler and because bamboo is naturally anti-microbial, you can keep more of the germs away? And a bamboo blanket is very light so you get a little warmth....and of course, wearing a bamboo t-shirt, boxers, or night shirt will help your body feel cooler.
