Instead of using pills or a machine try adjusting the thermostat. If a sighted person's internal clock can be re-set by light doesn't it stand to reason that those without sight could be helped with temperature? I am still able to see but there is an eye condition in our family that could one day rob me of my sight and I don't want to be taking any more substances than I have to. I think that in the morning one could have the thermostat set to increase the temperature and keep it warm in the home all day. Then in the evening after dinner the thermostat would be set to begin cooling down as one unwinds. By bed time the home would be cooler and stay that way for a good eight hours of sleeping time. If one is leaving the house for the day or working outside of the house, maintain that warmth by yourself with your clothing.
