I had a relapse after a month of quitting and it has taken a few months to get back on track. Im on second day of not smoking and I swear this is the last time. I will never pick up another cigarette. My lungs are of the age of an old lady and I am only 39 who smoked three packs a day for 24 years.
I m not going thru this again it is too hard and i want to move on in my life
