I'm am now 24 days of the smokes and I feel this week has been the hardest so far I'm not craving a smoke I'm like a bear that's been stung in the ass I think I'm over the cigs now iv smoked 20 a day from I was 14 years old I'm now 33 iv tried May times but iv now got two boys ones 5 the other is 1 the 5 year old is the one I should thank for me giving up.Every time I was going out for a smoke he would follow me and say daddy thought you were gonna give them up lifting cigaret packs and pointing at the pics on them of the fella with cancer in his throat or the other guy who's laid dead it made me think do I real love these things more than my kids and end up the next pic on a pack of cigs or walk about with that lump stuck to my throat no way So iv bit the bullet and grabbed the bulls horns I'm now out running 5 mile a night and feeling fresh apart from the bad moods so this add is to give anyone else out there a bit off an incentive to get shot of them dirty cigs course it's hard but no one can really help your mind frame it's your doing
