    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

So had i tried everything... and couldn't do it... so i didn't even try for years, i figured i was doomed to be a smoker as i couldn't quit. I also enjoyed smoking which was another one of my down falls.. then a few weeks ago i started not liking it so much, so i decided to try quitting again.. 12 days ago i had my last cigarette, i have been smoke free for a 11 days... i did things my way, i didn't go with a program, i just made sure i had different things around to help me.. nicotene lozenges, inhaler, gum etc.. and gave myself permission to use any of those things if i felt the need to, i could not however have a cigarette.. so i have used them here and there.. the sad thing is.. i still don't feel good or right, or whatever.. but, anyway, it can be done..
