    • how long does it take to quit cold turkey
    • has anyone done it without any medis
    • it is now my 21st day with out smoking how much longer do I go
    • without these bad urges comming and going so often? it seems
    • night time is the worst for me.does it take 30 days

    Hi larvic,

    According to this WebMD article on Quitting Smoking, "Symptoms of nicotine withdrawal are worst within the first week or so after you quit. They may last a few weeks. Some people crave cigarettes for months." Each person is different and there are medications and treatments that can definitely help you through the cravings.
