Help I have a crisis
Worried4child posted:
My Daughter is 20 years old and on her own with no health insurance ..she is a smoker and has been diagnosed with Tobacco Poisoning. she has been advised to seek a specialist for a bone marrow check ...she wont give me any information she wont let me go with her to the Dr. every time she talks about it she starts crying. It is killing me and I cant do anything!!! She is coughing with headaches and has been vomitting and loose bowels even without notice sometimes. She doesnt want the Bone Marrow check because she said it will hurt too bad and she cannot afford to take off work and her dad has offered several times to help financially seh wont accept ...very independant ...I am afraid that this is worse than we know ....what do we do???

I'm so sorry to hear about this.
There is not much you can do for her if she won't take your help, but maybe in time she will. She needs to get the help she deserves and maybe she will come around and accept the help.
Sounds like her symptoms would be enough for her to want to see the doctor. Be supportive, I'm afraid that's all you really can do.
