    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Have you replaced anything with not smoking? Eating more, snacking? Or maybe on a positive spin, are you now exercising more?

Positive spin on electronic cigarette use - I drink a lot more water than I used to. My first week using this product, I actually lost three pounds. The other advantage is that the nicotine liquid can be ordered in just about any flavor imaginable. I usually use waffle, cinnamon, and popcorn! I think the most amazing flavors are the chocolate ones, these are great because you do get the full flavor without the calories. It's almost like being in Willy Wonka's factory, after dinner you can grab your chocolate cheesecake nicotine liquid, and enjoy dessert without the calories!

I will warn you, once you stop smoking tobacco, it takes a while for your taste buds to kick in. When I first started vaping I stuck with menthol for about a month before I started buying small samples of different flavors. There are a lot of choices out there, and it takes time to find something you really like.
