    day 1, no smokes....ARGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

    I must stop smoking. I want a cigarette, badly!!!! I was in the hosp. for 4 days and did fine w/o smokes. Home again and with the knowledge that I MUST quit, I still want a cigarette, now!!!!!!
    Day 1 and feeling shaky. How do people do this??

    Check with your doctor, hospital, and community for smoking cessation help that may be available to you. Many places have programs or support groups that can be free or inexpensive to join.
