    Has any one tried the smoking patch? Myh promblem is some of the ppatchs leave big red marks. Is there a patch out there that dont leave such a mark as another?

    I tried them many years ago it was effective but make sure you never slip up and smoke while your wearing a patch as I got nicotine poisining and was trribly sick for 3 days

    About 1 year ago I did that. That is smoked alot on the patch. Yes I learned my lesson well. When I got home from a night out I threw up all over the place. Now I'm trying again and I'm on day 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
