What made you decide to quit? Did you pick a day or just throw the cigarettes out?

It is a day by day process..your body will go thru many changes not having the Nicotine..this a fantastic support system here to keep you motivated to stay Forever Free from Nicotene.

Congratulations! I know that you CAN continue to be tobacco free. I know of many people like myself who stopped over 30 years ago and we all remain smoke free.
