Every now and again I'll try to bring to your attention some of the other online resources that may help you to quit smoking. Smokefree.gov is an excellent website. Its strength is probably its simplicity and the accuracy of its information, rather than its social networking aspects that are better on some other sites. I think the section on "Tools to help you quit" is very good. For example it includes a simple tool to help you calculate how much money you will save by quitting smoking. It took me about 5 seconds to calculate that someone who smokes 15 cigarettes per day and spends $5 per pack, will save over $18,041 by not smoking for 10 years. There are plenty of other tools that are nicely presented and look helpful. Check out this website and let me know what you think.
