Pain in my lower leg
An_245881 posted:
I recently started back exercising and have started to experience pain on the inside of my lower legs. The pain is exceptionally evident when I run. I have been taking Aleve for the pain and am going to ice the areas. What else should I be doing? I have gone and gotten the "right" shoe based on the fact that I over-pronate. Is this something that I am going to have to live with?

Remember to replace your running shoes every 300-400- miles or every 6 months. Many running related injuries are due to worn out footwear. More
