Muscle Numbness in Outer Thighs due to excerise- Is this bad?

sharky2244 posted:
I have been doing an intense workout program (P90X) for 6 weeks. Last week I noticed muscle numbness in both of my outer thighs after doing toe roll iso-lunges. I again this week have numbness.
Is this bad?
Is this due to fatigue?
Should I see a doctor or just take it easy?
Any suggestions are welcomed.
Thank You, Jan
