Hit by softball in calf
Troyboyw posted:
I was recently hit by a softball in the right calf muscle. It was pretty sore for the first few days but did not bruise super bad. It has now been 2 weeks and it is limited to one area about the size of a silver dollar. It's still pretty tender to the touch and there is a knot just under the skin. I had a friend with a similar situation years ago and they found that it was a blood clot that almost traveled to his lungs. I just want to get some feedback on whether I should be seen by a Dr or not. I have no insurance unfortunately. Anyway.. any advice is appreciated.

Yes- but go to a reg dr instead- and call around to see what costs are for cash- they offer a huge discount then!
