I was running for the first time in three weeks and during my run I started getting foot pain. I ran twenty minutes and by the end I was limping. My left foot on the right side is swollen slightly and I have a hard time moving it to the left and putting pressure on it is painful. Any ideas to what might I have done?

Remember to replace your running shoes every 300-400- miles or every 6 months. Many running related injuries are due to worn out footwear. More
