12-yr old soccer player, dad stepped on his foot, etc.
Dougmeister posted:
1) Playing soccer with his dad
2) Dad accidentally stepped on the top of his son's right foot (about half-way between ankle and toes) - near the front of his foot
3) The next day, his son ran a mile race at school (pretty quickly; wanted to win!)
4) That's when it really started hurting. His mom was with him about 1/2 hr and he was totally on the heel of his foot and didn't want any pressure on the ball of his foot
5) It hurts on the ball of his foot
6) The top hurts only when you press down on it
7) There is no swelling or discoloration

The mom emailed the soccer coach and he said he would probably take his own son in just to make sure something isn't cracked. The mom said she will probably make an appointment for tomorrow if it isn't much better by tomorrow.
