Fell on Right Arm after Twisting my right Ankle in Hole in the ground

Hey yall. I am worried. A couple of weeks ago, I was walking to go paint something in the front yard and didn't notice a whole in the ground. My foot got caught in it and twisted it. I landed on the palm of my hand. Went to the doctor that same day, they said it was sprained and I had to wear a sling for 10 days. Well after that 10 days, I took the sling off and moved my arm around. For a while now I have not been able to straighten my arm out. What could be going on? Please help.
