swelling in feet
catdogrsm posted:
I have recently begun walking 3 to 4 miles a night. I have lost 20 pounds and have about 40 more to go. My feet and ankles have begun to swell after I am done. Bymorning, they are fine and soon are swelled again. I sit all day at my job. Its not extreme, but you can definitely see my ankles are swollen. No pain
