About 18 mos. ago I was severely injured . After several months of inactivity I find myself with tendons and ligaments that unresponsive to treatment. I have done almost all the I I can think of to treat it including phy therapy, water therapy, heat, cold, walking, bicycle , acupuncture and massage. The stiffness, especially after a period of inactivity, is overwhelming. The injury that I suffered , a broken neck at C 4 5 6 was repaired and the fusion is working fine. It's the inactivity for such a prolonged period of time, ant the resultant shortening of the tendons and ligaments. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
