Lower back pain

Started to feel this pain about a month ago. I workout about 4 or 5 days a week somtimes twice a day. I can't pinpoint when this happen, but I am guessing I tweaked it in the club. Anyway I took a week off from the gym and went back yesterday and felt pretty good until about half-way through my workout, no wthe pain is back. I have tried water therapy and heat. Can't seem to sake it. Any suggestions?
