Diagnosis Please? Baseball Injury
An_244176 posted:
Hey, i just started my 2nd high school year of baseball a week and a half ago.
Whenever i throw, my elbow begins to hurt, right near that ball-looking bone that sticks out a little bit. I was wondering if i have tendinitis or something. It aches for a while, and they once i stop throwing for a while it doesnt hurt anymore. What should i do? I dont want to go to a doctor or anything, but your help will be appreciated.
