bicycle crash
ridezzz posted:
I recently crashed my bike and landed hard on my back. I did go to an emergency facility for x-rays and an evaluation. The doctor told me my spine was ok but the severe pain was due to muscle trauma. He wrote me a prescription for an anti inflammatory which works great except it raises my already elevated hart rate due to an existing condition. It's also not good for my blood pressure meds. this is also true for ibuprofen and aspirin. Is there anything which will heal muscles that will work in this instance. It's been over a week and one area is still quite painful.
