I am a female, senior citizen, who fell on my left side. However, the pain has been on my right side. It feels like the muscle that attaches my leg with my torso. It was getting better, but I somehow injured it more yesterday. Hurts when I try to walk. No pain or discomfort when sitting, but turning over at night causes discomfort.

Any suggestions?

Please check in with your doctor. The pain might need to be treated with meds or physical therapy. Pain when trying to sleep is no fun and you deserve to be pain-free at night!
