three weeks ago I punctured my knee with a nail- it went through the tendon directly below my knee. The wound healed, but now I have a big bump at the point of injury, is this scar tissue? How do I get rid of it. I cannot put direct pressure on the site or there is pain. How can I get rid of this knee horn?

Did you get medical attention initially? Because of the pain, there might be an underlying problem that needs to be addressed by a doctor. If there is an infection or a bone chip, you should get it checked out.

I hope you find relief soon!
