    Strength training and calories

    Since I've been dieting, I've been starting...go figure! Anyway, how many calories do I need when I do 30 min intense cardio 3 days, and 30 minutes of strength training 3 days a week. I weigh 134. I tried the BMI calculator, but it doesn't consider my strength training. I've been strength training since February.
