Foot pain?
avatar
Anon_147280 posted:
I have had a pain in my foot for a few months and it will not go away. It is on the top part of my foot on the side and when it gets really bad, the pain shoots up through my ankle. It does bruise some and at times looks to be swollen a little. It is really bad at night and in the morning to the point where I have to hold onto something to walk. I have tried new shoes, exercises, ice, etc and nothing has helped. I haven't had an injury or anything so this is really starting to make me wonder............Can anyone help?

Remember to replace your running shoes every 300-400- miles or every 6 months. Many running related injuries are due to worn out footwear. More
