My wife has had several bouts with Plantar Fasciitis, 2 back surgeries and also broke both feet last June. Her physical therapist tried a series of movements called Strain Counter Strain from The Jones Institute. The idea was to help realign her posture she says her back hasn't felt this good in 20 plus years, as for the Plantar rolling a Tennis ball under your arch helps and wrapping a towel around the ball of the foot and pulling back towards the shin is also helpful. When I had Plantar Fasciitis Dr. Schoalls half sole back supports worked wonders.
