Proper bike fit is one of the more important elements to enjoying a ride. A proper bike fit can help prevent neck pain, back pain, hand numbness, groins numbness, knee pain and more. Buying a bike on sale is a great deal but you may end up spending the money at the doctor later. Find a reputable fitter in your area and make sure you have a proper fit!
