My friend is worried if she might of gotten what she thinks is a strange feeling in her lower left eye through saliva/water.

She can't see when she looks in the mirror but it feels like a small bump/scab. She was using the sink washing her lips with water and some of it splashed into her eye. Shes worried if she got something in her eye because of a water drop contacting with it. Would a drop of water that hit her eye transmit something that was on her lip? She is very worried.
