    Slowly losing vision.
    Jasphub posted:
For the past five years I have been slowly losing my vision. I have had a couple sets of mri's, a lumbar puncture, and a good bit of blood work done and all of the results have been negative for anything that may have caused it. It seems to be that heat, excessively strenuous physical work, and a lack of sleepo make my vision worse for a short period, but it's gradually getting worse and I am afraid I may be legally blind within a year or so. I'm just wondering if there's anyone else out there who has had these kinds of problems and their doctor hasn't been able to figure it out.

I know this is an old post, but yes, there are other people out there who suffer from this very strange and terrifying phenomena. My vision went from being 20/10 to slowly degrading out of nowhere about 10 months ago. It has been the most depressing and frightening experience of my life, and no doctors, regardless of their specialty or prestige in the medical field, can seem to figure out what is causing this. You likely won't see this, but I hope you were able to find a solution and regain your health and confidence.
