Spontaneous 20/20 vision?

Most of my life I've been nearsighted in my right eye. 3 days ago I noticed that my vision was focusing very far and thought maybe I'm getting my left and right eye confused (my left eye has always been 20/20). Both of my eyes are now perfect 20/20. I'm so happy I finally have my vision back again like it was when I was very young.

The point here is, how did this happen? In the past 2 weeks only 2 significant changes took place: 1. I recently bought a car I've been working on and it was putting out lots of gasoline vapors that I was taking in a lot of, causing pressure around my left eye after I drove; and 2. I recently started eating tuna sandwiches everyday and I've never eaten tuna, and it was while I was at the sandwich place that I noticed my vision; although, I drove the gas vapor car there.

Any ideas?
