Double vision after hemorrhage stroke

Hi! I'm a 44-year-old female who had a subarachnoid hemorrhage stroke about three weeks ago. I'm expected to recover fully (hooray!!) and am wondering how long it has taken others to be rid of their double vision... It seems to be slowing down my rehabilitative efforts to not be able to see
Thanks in advance!!

Hello Sedona, i recently had a stroke and have double vision. It has now been 3 weeks and was wondering how long it took before your vision came back. This is the only problem i had since my stroke. Did your vision come back on its own or did you have to do something to correct your double vision? Thanks
