stroke at age 21

My daughter had a stroke at the age of 21. The stroke was caused by a disection of the carotid artery. They have no idea what may have caused this. She was and is in perfect health. she went through extensive therapy but still has no use of right hand and foot. Is there any other therapy that may help her to regain the use of limbs? She is now 25, married, happy and wanting to start a family in a few years.
