Confusion after Stroke

My neighbor will be 100 in July. She had a stroke in October and has been increasingly confused. She can't read due to macular degeneration. I read to her, but she can only handle very short stories or she gets confused. She can watch music DVDs, but can't follow regular TV since the words come too fast for her to follow. Does anyone have ideas of activities she may enjoy? I take her out in her wheelchair but that only takes about an hour each day. Thanks for any ideas! (She does have a full time paid caregiver but I provide daily relief).
