    My mother in law just had an ischemic stroke attack last month. Craniectomy was done 3 weeks ago after she developed brain edema.she is a known case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension. currently, she is conscious but unaware. her bp and dm level is fluctuating. smtm very high and smtm within normal limit. her sugar level can go up to 20 mmol/l smtm.she also having on and off fever, diarrhea and vomiting till now. why is her condition is not improving much?is she having a meningitis?pls help..we really wants her to lead a normal life..it has been a month..
