Does anyone know how long it takes to stabilize levels if you give up

I'm not sure what levels you mean.

There really is nothing to measure in terms of brain chemistry. Acute withdrawal symptoms last from 1-7 days, but the brain may not 'normalize' for months.

Other organs, such as the liver, pancreas, etc. may take many months to get back to the best they can be.
