hi,i smoked pot avidly for 3 years from 18 till 21 ive bin clean for 3 months and i feel like my brains blokd inever scored below 90% in high school and i feel like i killed my brain and memory how long do you think it will take till i fully recover????

Marijuana impairs short-term memory and affects brain function adversely. It will slowly leave the brain, but it's difficult to set a time frame.

Your three months of abstinence is admirable — I recommend you continue with this and also seek support in a 12 Step fellowship . Talking with others who share the same situation is valuable and can help alleviate your concerns.
