Blood Pressure and alcohol use

An_254642 posted:
Lately I have been paying closer attention to my BP. Is it normal for BP to go way up when alcohol is consumed, remain up for a couple days then return to lower readings within 2-3 days. I'm assuming after 2-3 days my body is clear of the alcohol. I use lisinopril 20 mgs once in the morning and the same dose in the evening.
Thank you.
