A new survey reveals that more than five million teens attend gang and drug-infected public schools, increasing the likelihood that teens will use drugs or alcohol and have friends who engage in these behaviors.

What do you do as a parent if you suspect your teen has a substance abuse problem, just has "experimented", or it has "gotten out of hand."
