Help with Effexor Withdrawal

I don't think this was mentioned in this discussion, just skimmed through. I know not everything works this same for everyone, but I came across something in a forum in the same desperation you are in now, when I first went off it. Yes, it was a pretty bad month or so. I was shocked at whole long it was taking, that's why I headed online to see what others were saying. I came across a post that recommended taking Omega 3 Fish Oil with some Advil (for accompanying headaches). I'm usually skeptical of anything working in that state but it REALLY helped. Please try it, anyone who is going through these horrible symptoms. It will ease you off the drug much more comfortably. In terms of dosage, I'm not sure what is best. I take two of each when my symptoms start to feel pretty bad. Fish Oil is good for you anyway, and obviously it's not great to take a ton of advil so monitor that and take as needed.

I hope this helps - just give it a try, it's worked for many others.
