I am 60 ys old and have suffered all my life with bowel problems.
Most constipation, once in awhile it goes the other way. I've tried diet change, stool softners, prunes juice, laxitives you name it.
I have such pain trying to go and worse afterwards(rectum as well as down legs, lower stomach.) I don't know what else to do and doctors don't offer anything but what I have done. I strain till I feel like I am going to burst. What a miserable and painful life.
Any good ideas..............
I would sure appreciate them.

YES! I do have a few helpful suggestions for you.

I know several people that suffer with the same problem, however I do not believe they experience leg and joint pain.

This stuff called Smooth Move Herbal Laxative Tea has been effective for my friends who have severe constipation. You have 1 cup of tea (i actually think 2 cups were too much for them... meaning the stuff is pretty potent for a tea) at bedtime and you should have a BM by morning.

Watch this video. This woman has some very helpful knowledge that has helped thousands, but this is a must watch for you -
