Read where different foods cause problems. 66 yrs old here & I discovered while in high school. Graduated 62. Had problems with sweet drinks & sweet foods "stomach cramps". Stopped sweets Cramps went away. Later had trouble with eggs same thing "stomach cramps". Stopped the eggs cramps left. Could have been caffeine because chocolate eat & caffeine in drink. Later had trouble with coffee would not stay down. No caffeine no problem. System has changed now have no problems with any of these items. Used to have no problems with any meds. Now I do. So what works today may not work tomorrow & vice versa.

Hi Cliffray and welcome to WebMD!

I don't think you're alone in discovering that certain foods create problems for you. Sometimes we have to be detectives when it comes to food sensitivities and digestive issues.

I encourage you to talk with others on our Digestive Disorders community .
