If you've seen the March/April issue in your doctor's office, you probably noticed our special Health Heroes feature-- we usually award Heroes at the end of the year, but the response of medical professionals to Haiti inspired us to select a few and highlight their stories.

And you'll notice a nomination form on this page. We're accepting nominations now for our year-end Health Heroes awards, so please let us know who inspires you -- who has recently faced a health challenge successfully AND found unique way to reach out and help others?
