Boils & MRSA

My adult daughter in her 20's keeps getting boils. Most have been smaller in size maybe up to half dollar size. The last one was over 11 inches in diameter and was cultured and was MRSA again. She had at least one or two others that were cultured that were also MRSA. (others were never cultured) Why would she continue to get boils and why always MRSA?? She is a nursing student, but these started before any clinicals such as nursing homes and hospitals.
