Homemade Granola (for yoghurt or salads)

1 cup pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted
1 cup walnuts
1 cup golden flax seed (chop in blender, more nutritional this way)
1 cup sesame seeds
dried mixed fruit - you can find pouches of mixed dried berries in most grocery stores, Welch's makes a good mix (blueberries, raisens, cherries, etc,). Whole Foods carries great dried/dehydrated fruit!

Combine and store in air tight container. This is great in yoghurt or on a salad. It's a cornucopia of textures and flavors that will satisfy any oral fixation for crunchy, sweet, salty and healthy!
