like to get out in the sun, as i brown easy. first step is to put a good skin lotion on, i usually do 2 times. let set for a good 20-30 minutes. then i use for a few days a 15-30 australian gold sun block, then on top, australian gold accelertor, repeating both as needed,then as tan builds, i use a 8 sunblock,along with accelerator,again using both repeatly. use no oil, as will burn, grease burns, so will oil, life guards told my friend and i this many years ago. do not shower for a hour after, then i use good skin lotion along with after tan moisture.forgot to menture i have olive complexion.for two hours in sun, looks like i was out for 4 hours.
