I've seen ads for it here, but never got into watching it. Mary really likes 'Ghost Whisperer'...the one where the lady sees and talks to dead folks. It's based on the real life of Mary Ann Winkowski...who also advises on the show to boot!

I find most doctors kind of scary...all that cutting and snapping...sheesh!

Speaking of which...I mentioned to Mary that I'd like to watch her knee surgery....I don't need to tell you the look I got

Poor Mary having knee surgery. Ouch! I wish her all the luck in the world with hers. Mine did not work. It's come to the point where it's either the gel injections or total knee replacement. Don't like needles but dislike surgery even more.

If they don't let you in the OR, just ask for a copy of the tape. Then surprise her one night after dinner with a movie. LOL!

She's going in for either a total knee replacement or a partial. The doc says that he'll know more when he gets in there. He also said that it was more of a 'Knee Re-Surfacing' than an actual replacement. She's going to be awake for the operation, so I hope they have her very - placid (if you know what I mean
